Processing Time
- The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 2 - 3 business days.
- After placing your order, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
- If a tracking service has been selected, you will be provided with a tracking number.

- 0 Euro shipping cost over 100 € order value
Rest of the world
- from 24.90 € based on the package weight
Returns
- You can return your order within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders are dispatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes and / or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may apply, which are the Customers responsibility.
Lost & Stolen Parcels
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure that the address you submit is a 100% accurate. Once it leaves the Amati HQ, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. If your parcel does not arrive within the given timeframe above please make a claim through the carrier. You can contact hello@amatithelabel.com for any information you require to help with your claim. However, we cannot influence the outcome of the claim.
